About Us        The South Florida Office is centrally located between I-95 and the Florida Turnpike in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our office serves both Miami-Dade and Broward County, with events extending from Boca Raton to the Florida Keys.        Our friendly and knowledgeable staff works tirelessly towards the CFF goal and is always ready to help the friends, families and volunteers associated with cystic fibrosis.
